Inclusive Excellence and Diversity Education (IEDE) serves the University of Kentucky as a centralized educational unit for expanding diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across campus, including Unconscious Bias.

Despite the many shifts we have collectively made to recapture a sense of “before,” there remains a level of precarity and need for nimbleness.
There also remains a need for transformation. Much of “before” lingers – and not in the ways that move us toward inclusion, equity, or justice.
